In 2009 I was introduced to the wildly popular self-help book, The Secret by Rhonda Byrne and for the very first time in my life came to the realization that I was actually in control of my own reality.
I didn’t have to change who I was to be accepted – I could be myself and make changes in my life by simply harnessing the power of my thoughts, feelings and beliefs. My past would no longer define my future.
“The Secret” was my first introduction to manifestation. Little did I know at the time that it would become my life’s work. With these new insights, I began making improvements in my life. As a result, I started to attract more positive experiences, which grew as I kept reading, learning, studying, applying and practicing.
My own personal growth journey didn’t stop there.
At age 22, in the midst of applying to medical school I experienced a profound awakening while attending a Tony Robbins Seminar.
As I sat in the seminar, I heard a voice ask me, “Who are you living for, Kathrin?” It started as a whisper until it became a deafening roar. I couldn’t shake this voice, until finally the answer came to me– “….everyone but myself.”
It was my family that dreamt of me becoming a doctor, as this was in their eyes the American dream. It was a path of certainty, success, and most importantly–job security.
But it wasn’t MY dream. This voice inside drove me to tell my family that I would not be going to medical school. I decided I was no longer going to do what others wanted for me and I wouldn’t settle for a life that simply looked good in the eyes of society.

After the seminar I chose to completely change the trajectory of my life.
I started @manifestationbabe on Instagram as a way to keep myself accountable with no way of knowing that it would grow into the globally recognized 7-figure personal development brand that it is today.
